（特に生命保険会社の）保険業務オペレーション（第1の防御線）での実務経験 事務企画、事務品質改善、事務フローの効率化・改善等の企画・内部管理系の実務経験（金融機関における経験があると尚可） 公認内部監査人（CIA）等の内部統制に関する資格 SOX法対応の実務経験、または財務統制に関する理解
