Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team.
As Sourcing Manager, you will support new product launches, post-development optimization, and supplier execution across e.l.f. beauty’s multi-brand portfolio. This role focuses on executing sourcing strategies, managing day-to-day supplier relationships, and partnering cross-functionally to drive cost optimization, mitigate risk, and support innovation.
Success in this role requires strong execution, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to challenge existing processes while operating within established sourcing frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Execution:
· Execute sourcing strategies across packaging, finished goods, and select new categories in alignment with broader business objectives.
· Support new product launches for Naturium by coordinating supplier readiness, timelines, and deliverables.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to support post-development optimization initiatives.
Supplier Relationship Management:
· Manage ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs.
· Support supplier negotiations by preparing cost analyses, benchmarks, and recommendations.
· Assist in managing contractual terms related to pricing, capacity, and supply continuity, escalating issues as needed.
Innovation & Collaboration:
· Partner with Asia Sourcing, R&D, Product Development, and Marketing to execute internally vs. externally led development pathways.
· Support supplier-led innovation by tracking capabilities, samples, and development timelines.
· Coordinate supplier participation in development and commercialization activities.
Global Alignment:
· Support alignment across brands by executing sourcing processes consistently while accommodating brand-specific needs.
· Contribute to maintaining a diverse supplier base to support category and brand requirements.
The base salary range for this role is listed above.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
