Summary:
In this role, you will provide first-line system support and best-in-class customer service to all ENVI (IOS) users. You will complete Client Services requests by clients, staff, and stakeholders via phone and email to meet service level standards.
Responsibilities:
Triage/Resolve client requests via Zendesk and Ring Central applications.
Provide support, service assistance and information for users by effectively utilizing ENVI and other databases.
Provide training support to all clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Communicate and coordinate with all users to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate and support internal teams’ pipeline as outline by leadership.
Identify operational issues and troubleshoot within scope of support.
Escalate unresolved issues to next level support.
Initiate client contact to proactively identify, address, and resolve needs.
Assist in developing internal FAQ library and best practice guides for ENVI (IOS) users.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
No previous work experience required.
Health care, supply chain, purchasing, and/or material management experience preferred.
CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) application knowledge preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Excel.
Ability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining accuracy.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $45,100.00 to $72,100.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
