What You Will Do

  • Oversee contract management and perform contract analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreements.
  • Maintain master data in transactional systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy for supplier details, product information, lead times, and replenishment methodologies.
  • Communicate forecast requirements to suppliers and ensure alignment for finished goods, components, and materials.
  • Place and manage purchase orders according to defined rules and update safety stock requirements to support stable supply.
  • Validate supplier data for accuracy, ensuring compliance with agreements and system requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, adjusting daily/weekly requirements and managing escalations to protect supply continuity.
  • Track and report supplier performance using standard metrics, prepare supplier scorecards, and represent purchasing in key cross‑functional meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives internally and externally, and support capability building by training and mentoring team members.

What You Will Need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices).
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and cost‑reduction methodologies.

Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.

Travel Percentage: 20%
