  • 制定所负责区域的生意发展计划;主要是GT/NKA/RKA/EB2B/省代;
  • 领导团队开拓客户,包括经销商、省代客户和二分客户;
  • 预算执行、控制及监督管理,确保费用使用的有效性及真实性;
  • 通过DIAL和POS系统进行数据分析,跟进经销商库存管理、门店分销、陈列执行;
  • 掌握经销商和NKA/RKA管理技能,推动业绩的达成;
  • 管理经销管理库存和应收账款,确保库存合理和应收账款可控;
  • 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态,包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等;
  • 及时准确地提供各类报表;
  • 培养以帮助提升业务及团队个人能力等发展;
  • 上级主管分配的其它工作或项目;
