Three Ten Merch is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Creative Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential in streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the efficient execution of creative projects. As the Creative Operations Manager, you will act as a bridge between the creative teams, client managers, and various departments, helping manage timelines, resources, and workflows to meet business objectives.

What you'll do:

Project Management & Workflow Optimization

  • Oversee the full life cycle of creative projects, from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project timelines to ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Implement and oversee project management tools to optimize workflows, track progress, and provide status updates.

Resource Allocation & Capacity Planning

  • Manage the allocation of creative resources to meet project demands.
  • Assess workload capacity and make proactive adjustments to prevent bottlenecks or burnout.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to improve communication, efficiency, and output quality.
  • Implement best practices for project intake, approvals, and revisions, ensuring seamless execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the liaison between creative teams and departments to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Facilitate clear, ongoing communication between stakeholders and creative teams, ensuring all parties are informed at key stages of the project.

Quality Control

  • Ensure the quality of all creative output aligns with brand standards and project objectives.
  • Establish feedback loops and manage review processes to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage budgets related to creative projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and on-budget delivery.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., agencies, photographers, freelancers) to ensure deadlines and quality are met.
  • Oversee the invoicing process for vendors to ensure timely payments and accurate budget tracking.

Data & Reporting

  • Use analytics and data to track the performance of creative projects, offering insights for continual improvement.
  • Report on project statuses, team productivity, and key performance metrics to senior leadership.

Who you are:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitating effective interactions between teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities to proactively identify roadblocks and implement solutions.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Wrike.
  • Solid understanding of creative processes, including design, and branding.
  • Budget management experience with the ability to handle forecasting and cost control.
  • Leadership skills to manage, motivate, and guide creative teams to meet deadlines and achieve high-quality results.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or operations, ideally within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
  • Familiarity with marketing, design, and production processes.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, sales and product teams.
  • Bonus if you have experience in Adobe CS Suite
  • This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence within the creative department, and the ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, is articulate and persuasive, and has a deep understanding of creative workflows.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
California Pay Range
$67,000$75,000 USD
