Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure that support software development processes. This role requires setting up automated pipelines to streamline integration, delivery, and deployment activities. The engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure that the systems are robust, scalable, and secure. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving the development environment to enhance productivity and reliability. The role demands proactive engagement in creating solutions that support seamless software releases and infrastructure management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize and automate infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align infrastructure capabilities with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration platforms and cloud service providers.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline design and implementation.
- Understanding of security best practices in software delivery and infrastructure management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
