What you will do

We are looking for a highly competent and experienced SAP MDG (Financials/Business Partner(BP)) candidate who has exceptional skills and experience in working on large upgrades and the ability to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced. Ideal candidate should have a proven ability to provide Functional/Technical direction for complex SAP MDG (F) issues and can collaborate with the business and developers and execute on agreed timelines. At least 6 plus years of total MDG experience is required.Responsible for process design, configuration, assistance with testing, requirements gathering and ultimately setup a fully functional development, test, and production environment to delivery MDG (Financials/Business Partner(BP)).

Your responsibility shall include:

• Gather requirements and ultimately setup a fully functional development, test, and production environment to deliver MDG Financials/Business Partner(BP) scope to the client.
• Create an Integration test Plan with for MDG + Data Services Information Steward and SAP ECC/S4 backend.
• Responsible for process design, configuration, and assistance with testing
• Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements.
• Prepare the Business blueprint/architecture document as per the requirement.
• Prepare the functional specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines.
• Create configuration documents and training documents.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.
• To be successful, you will have the below experience:
  • Experience in Integrating business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance.
  • Experience in User interface modelling (Design and Creation of UI, Value restriction, Define navigation elements of type Hyperlink or Push button, Data quality, Validation and Derivation rules).
  • Experience in Process Modelling (Entity, Business Activity change, Request type, Workflow, Edition type, Relationship, Data replication techniques, SOA service, ALE connection, Key & value mapping, Data transfer, Export & import master data, Convert master data).
  • Expert knowledge in activation and configuration of the MDG modules & components.

SAP ERP logistics knowledge (SAP modules SD or MM), especially master data is required.

What you will bring

• Overall 7-10 yrs of experience in related field and technologies
• At least 6 years of SAP MDG (Preferably Financials/Business Partner(BP)) Experience
• Experience in SAP MDG Financials/Business Partner(BP) (Preferably 8.0/9.0)
• Extensive SAP ECC or S/4 HANA experience.
• Worked on at least 1 MDG Financial/ Business partner project
• Expertise in Implementation of SAP MDG (F) Solution for master data elements like GL Account, Cost Center, Profit Center, Customer, Vendor, etc.
• Expertise in Data Model Enhancement, Data Transfer (DIF/DEF: Data Import Framework), Data Replication Framework (DRF), Business Rules Framework plus (BRF plus).
• Experience in Configuration rule-based Workflow.
• Should have over all more than 10+ year of experience in SAP and have minimum 4Y+ experience in SAP MDG
• Strong in MDG Functional skills.
• Able to understand functionality and create master data via MDG.
• Strong experience in MDG - process modelling (Creating Change Requests, Business activity including UI configurations, governance/non-governance configurations).
• Should have experience convenience API/Governance API and context API
• Strong Experience in Data Modelling and UI Modelling.
• In-depth experience in Feeder/Access class.
• Strong in MDG - BADI implementations, Enhancements.
• Strong in Webdynpro ABAP, Floor Plan Manager, OOABAP, SOA services.
• Strong knowledge on Basic ABAP coding standards.
• Experience in BRF Plus Validations and Derivations, Enrichments and Badi’s.
• Strong experience in MDG workflow configurations (Rule Based workflow configurations, workflow steps, Actions, service, etc.)
• Strong experience in DRF (Custom Replication Models, Outbound Implementations, replication through webservice, File, RF and IDOCS).
• Strong experience in Key Mapping & Value Mapping.
• Should have experience in MDG HANA search views configurations.
• Able to understand and configure UI as per requirement.
• Good in Configuring DIF, File Upload, File Download, Mass Processing.
• Good in configuring duplicate checks.
• Able to create/configure multiple Change Request Types.
• Should have experience in MDG S/4 HANA versions.
• Working knowledge in OG/BP/MM data models .
• FI/ Procurement functional knowledge has added advantage
