Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, talented System Qual Engineer to join our team!

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the validation and testing of the systems, which are a mix of state-of-the-art optics, scanning electron microscopes, lasers, motion systems, control, signal & image processing, advanced algorithms, and software
  • Own the qualification of the developed system - perform a detailed risk assessment, define and execute an experiment plan, perform data analysis to conclude module/feature performance and gaps
  • Provide recommendations for performance specs and promote corrective actions for future designs
  • Develop validation infrastructure for modules and system performance evaluation

What you should have:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.), with 5+ years of multidisciplinary systems R&D.
  • Experience as a System engineer >3 years in multidisciplinary R&D - advantage.
  • Experience as an R&D Project manager in a multidisciplinary project - advantage.
  • Knowledge of data analysis using Python or Matlab.
  • Strong analytical skills and self-learning.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent collaboration capabilities, with different disciplines and the ability to work independently.
  • FAB work experience - Advantage.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills, presenting skills.
