Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from Associates.
Provide clear and accurate responses to general payroll questions or escalate complex issues to the Payroll Supervisor or other relevant team members.
Maintain detailed records of all inquiries and responses in the payroll system.
Assist in generating reports on payroll inquiries to help identify common trends and areas for improvement.
Basic knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
Ability to explain payroll-related information clearly and accurately to Associates.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple inquiries at once.
Willingness to collaborate and seek guidance from senior payroll team members when necessary.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
1-3 years’ experience in Payroll or equivalent experience in customer service/support in a call center or retail business
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to address inquiries and provide clear explanations.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify common payroll issues and escalate them appropriately.
Customer Service: A customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for Associates seeking payroll assistance.
Organizational: Good organizational skills for managing records and inquiries efficiently.
Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and support the overall payroll team in resolving issues.
