About the Role

Support head of Expansion Management to do efficient project management of cross-function projects and deliver key results on time with high quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the manager to prepare business cases, budgeting and implementation plan with high quality
• Support the manager to implement day-to-day project management jobs and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with work stream leaders to conduct efficient communication
• Help complete project review, compile project documents and deliver experience learning documents
• Other jobs required in project or program

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or above Prior working in consulting firm or experience of project management will be preferred
• Strong execution, excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Good business sense and sufficient industry knowledge to understand distributions, marketing & customer, operating process and etc.
• Strong PC office skill, especially in PPT
• Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Chinese
