The Global Mobility Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:
  • Has supervision and control of expatriate expense processing for specific country(ies) and business(es): database maintaining; international and local reporting (monthly and annually); compensation and invoice processing. Close cooperation with Global Mobility/Expatriate Payroll and regional / local Finance.
  • Responsible for international and local mobility Policies for specific country(ies) and business(es) development and regular updates.
  • Data collection, analysis and regular market update on expatriate benefits, structure and presenting the proposals to country management and Global Mobility.
  • Develops the guidelines/booklets for expatriate and local mobility employees on the compensation, benefits policies and limit standards; local/ international regulations and lows interpretation and applications
  • Is tax support with tax vendor.
  • Responsible for vendor management, including control and coordination with the vendors and participation in the tender process.
  • Responsible for event management for expatriate/local mobility employees and Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Provides supervision of expatriate coordinators on international and local employees transfers to/from certain countries and business(es).
  • Completes assignment approvals of obtaining /docs flow coordination process.
  • Assists with Immigration logistics (work permit/visas/registration assistance).
  • Assists with expatriate families relocation (shipment delivery; settling-in assistance; children enrollment to the schools)
  • Coordinates with state authorities in respect of solving expatriate/local mobility employees issues in specific country(ies) and business(es).
  • Has close cooperation with CES/HRGs/Talent and T&D teams.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent English (oral & written). Relevant experience in international environment. Solid experience covering wide range of service and support. Advanced management skills. Excellent communication skills. Advanced numeric/analytical skills. Good computer skill
  • 0-2 years relevant experience

Education:
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
