Job Title – Lead - Advanced Data Analytics and Insights

 

The Purpose of This Role

The Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI) team, within the Fidelity Wealth Business unit, plays a crucial role in providing data-driven analytics to various product areas. Your responsibilities will involve providing data and insights that contribute to strategy and execution. Your expertise in data analytics will be instrumental in driving impactful outcomes.

 

The Value You Deliver

• As a member of personalization (PZN) analytics team you will engage with business and technology stakeholders across personalization organization to provide analytical insights that help inform strategy and influence decisions
• You will partner with stakeholders to design and develop measurement plans and learning agendas for evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of PZN initiatives.
• You will provide actionable insights on business issues by conducting exploratory analysis, integrating customer, digital onsite and offsite data.
• You will work on building scalable capabilities which will help to measure a variety of KPIs faster.
• You will design and package your recommendations, backed by storytelling, logical reasoning, and strong data insights, and present the same to partners and stakeholders.

 

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical / Behavioral

• Proficient in SQL(Snowflake), Visualization tools (Tableau)and advanced analytics software (e.g., R, Python)

• Strong Problem solving and critical thinking - ability to draw out insights, answer the ‘so-what’ & ‘what-if’ and propose actionable recommendations.

• Good to have experience in digital analytics, analyzing user journeys, pathing on website/App, along with A/B test measurement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as they will be interacting extensively with senior management.

• Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations

• Team player with a strong track record of collaborating with the team and across cross-functional groups to achieve shared goals

• Strong work ethic in terms of time management and project ownership / accountability

The Expertise we are looking For

·         Master’s in management/ business/statistics/economics from a top tiered university

·         Experience in digital analytics/ measurement methodologies preferred

·         3 - 6 years of relevant experience
