Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As Business Analyst, Corporate Services, you'll bridge business needs with technical solutions across our global corporate technology ecosystem (e.g., P&C - including Payroll and Benefits, Legal, Asset Protection, Facilities, and downstream systems). You'll gather requirements, model processes, and support delivery to enable the Product Manager's roadmap and the Application Engineer's technical fabric, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and measurable value in a multicultural environment. Using tools like Jira for tracking, you'll drive process improvements that streamline operations.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

You'll join a tight-knit, high-impact Corporate Systems squad (Product Manager, Application Engineer, and you as BA) that owns systems supporting ARC’TERYX’s global P&C (including Payroll and Benefits), Legal, Asset Protection, Facilities, and corporate operations. We define business cases, prioritize projects, map dependencies, and deliver solutions that advance our technology roadmap - making complex back-office processes effortless.
