Join Centific and play a key role in supporting global AI projects by working directly with our OneForma talent community.

This role is not about passive recruitment. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and actively engaging with talent to drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Actively manage and engage the OneForma talent pool to meet project needs
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns for existing users
• Screen, qualify, and guide candidates through onboarding
• Monitor pipeline progress and take action to keep momentum
• Work closely with the Recruitment Lead to deliver against hiring targets
• Identify gaps and suggest practical improvements

What We’re Looking For

• University degree
• 3 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles
• Strong written communication skills (clear, structured, professional)
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and tracking progress independently
• Experience with online platforms, user communities, or campaign-based work
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Good command of Excel

You’ll do well in this role if you:

• Take initiative without waiting for instructions
• Follow through and keep things moving
• Notice what’s not working and improve it
• Prefer building a structure rather than relying on it
