Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain seamless operations. Your role is pivotal in identifying root causes of problems and implementing effective solutions to support critical business functions, contributing to the overall reliability and efficiency of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Experience with managing virtual environments, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines.
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts, resource allocation, and performance tuning within Vmware platforms.
- Ability to monitor system health and troubleshoot issues related to virtual infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures in virtualized environments to ensure data integrity and availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
