You manage the media agenda in a particular geography.

How you will contribute

You will help execute the media strategy in your assigned area, business unit, country, or category. In partnership with the marketing team, you will implement a media plan and assess the effectiveness of that plan with a focus on return on investment. You will also build relationship with agencies. As a particularly advanced digital marketer, you will help drive our understanding and use of digital platforms in our marketing plans and be a source of learning and development for the wider marketing function.

• Media, including media buying and analytics, experience ideally gained across the agency and industry
• Digital media ideally with exposure to eCommerce best practice
• Working with and influencing external partners, matrixed local, regional and global stakeholders
• Having a test-and-learn mentality, taking learning and scaling them broadly.
• Having a bias to action
• Process management: Well-executed brand initiatives and effective collaboration with the other critical functions in the organization is a must
• Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing

More about this role

• Responsável pelo dia a dia na operação de mídia junto às agências, marketing e JBPs;
• Suporte na operação de SVAs (Strategical Value Ads), FVAs (Financial Value Ads) e construção de learning agenda com os JBPs (Google, Tik Tok, Meta, Globo) para desenvolvimento de projetos com as marcas;
• Co-liderança de Projetos de Ecommerce de Retail Media, garantindo implementação, aferindo KPIs e construindo learning agendas;
• Suporte em projetos de inovação que envolvem temas como Gen AI, construindo pilotos com as agências e MKT;
• Acompanhamento financeiro de Google DCM;
• Liderança das Quinzenais de Mídia e acompanhamento de learning agenda junto com Mkt, garantindo implementação de campanhas no timing e KPI saudável de mídia;
• Controle financeiro e acordos com JBPs;
• Desenvolvimento de treinamento para agências e Mkt;
• Liderar coleta de dados MMM junto com SIA.

Conhecimento anterior em estratégias de midias;

Acompanhamento de KPIs

Desejável inglês básico/intermediário;

Pessoa com facilitade de gestão de stakeholders de diferentes complexidades, gestão de pessoas, desenvoltura, capacidade analítica, criatividade, comunicação e gerenciamento de tempo.

Híbrido - Base: São Paulo/SP.
