Synopsis of the role

Versatile customer service representative with proven experience delivering service standards to customer by handling customer issues on value added services.

What you’ll do

• Handle customer issues on value added services.

• Analyze and process request from members. 

• Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions and concerns swiftly.

• Keep up-grading his/her skills as per the requirement and should be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities assigned to them.

• Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment.

• Independently identify troubleshoot customer grievance and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures

• Openness to work flexible hours and 6 days a week (may include weekends and/or holidays)

What experience you need

• Preferred Knowledge about SAS (Statistical Analysis System)

• Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline

• 0  to 2 years of work experience of Process Executive

• Excellent communication skills and strong command over the English language.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills.

• Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.

• Excellent Analytical ability, Logical approach towards problem solving

• Data processing and analysis

• Good excel and database knowledge
