Job Description

  • Keep department files and records updated as required by the Thai Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand and Thai AirAsia X. 

  • Prepare memos or/and e-mails both internal and external, and compile reports for submission to relevant departments.

  • Manage the payroll for the Cabin Crew: Claims (Sector allowances/ short payments / overnight allowances, Productivity allowances), and track departmental office stationery and documentation stock inventory levels are sufficient to meet daily requirements.

  • Arrange staff travel requisition forms, collate and compile the daily e-voyage report, assist ACCM in handling complaints received from Customer Care, generate a summary of daily e-voyage reports to disseminate to relevant parties, and follow all MC’s and verify the records and to file all copies of MC.

  • Compile/Verification/submission of Leave forms, and handle uniforms and Accessories Inventory, recruitment process, and update of cabin crew photo album

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field

  • 0-2 years of experience in administrative work

  • Good communication skills in speaking and writing (English and Thai).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work in flexible time.
