As an Industrial Designer, you will play a key role in shaping innovative, human-centered product experiences. You’ll bring ideas to life through thoughtful design, strong consumer insight, and detailed execution—from early concept through production. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about usability, aesthetics, and creating meaningful solutions that elevate everyday living.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop innovative product experiences using a human-centered design approach

• Translate consumer insights into compelling product concepts and tangible solutions

• Create high-fidelity illustrations, CAD models, and detailed drawings to communicate design intent

• Build functional and visual prototypes for research, validation, and internal reviews

• Ensure design excellence and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and launch new products

• Stay current on emerging trends, materials, and manufacturing innovations

• Drive usability and design integrity from conceptualization through production

What You’ll Bring

• BA or BS in Industrial Design or a related field (MS preferred)

• 2–4 years of experience designing small appliances, consumer electronics, or related products

• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, CAD modeling, and product execution

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail

• A growth mindset with the ability to take direction and continuously improve
