OVERVIEW:

The Inventory Supply Chain Analyst is primarily responsible for the identification, investigation and reporting of all
DC to store manifest audit variances. The analyst is also responsible for the daily reconcilement and issue resolution
of various supply chain systems to the inventory stock ledger within the merchandising system. Finally, the Supply
Chain Analyst is responsible for all DC inventory reporting and assisting the DCs in analyzing inventory movement
related issues.

The Role You'll Play:

  • Perform the daily data gathering, reconcilement, investigation of store manifest audit receiving variances including communicating issues w/ the DCs, stores & transportation. Generate exception reports for transportation activities. Generate inventory adjustments for freight claims filed. Generate reports for DC accuracy analysis.
  • Perform the daily reconcilement of Warehouse Management system to PMMS, & various correction activities. Perform daily reconcilement of Reverse Logistics Management to PMMS & assist in various correction activities.
  • Manage & update the structure of, queries in, data & reports from several access databases which are used for operational & financial purposes. Subject Matter Expert for systems & process initiatives including providing information & insight into existing systems & process to the Inventory Process & Technology team.
  • Generate, analyze & distribute DC inventory reporting (including various accuracy, productivity, shrink & aging reports).
  • Work with the DCs and cross functional partners to conduct priority product pulls for various special projects, donations, or in store events.
  • Participate in DC inventory & operations calls which require understanding of operational flow in the facilities, understanding of other systems & process like allocations, etc.
  • Responsible for the maintenance & modification of the DC inventory cutoff checklist & performing DC cutoff auditing/review/and adjustment procedures. Also responsible for planning, communicating, and execution of the yearly DC Claims/Defectives Physical Inventories.
  • Analyze the causes of DC inventory integrity errors, DC processing errors & DC shrink errors, assist in developing process improvements & implementing those improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Three to five years of experience
