Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the successful execution of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL.
- Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in delivering complex programs and projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing.
- Experience in the utilities industry.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A BTech degree is required.
