About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Coordinator to join our dedicated JLL team supporting our key client, Nokia. You will be the central hub for our capital projects program, acting as the critical link between Project Managers, client stakeholders, and our internal teams. Your role is vital in ensuring our real estate projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

What This Job Involves


As a Regional Coordinator you will:

  • Partner with Project Managers to track the status and progress of all capital projects, ensuring key information is always up-to-date in our project management system (Adaptive Work).
  • Act as a key liaison with Nokia's Area Managers to understand their future project needs, helping to define timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Oversee the project financials, from preparing Purchase Orders and verifying approvals to ensuring project cost trackers are accurate and aligned with budgets.
  • Champion data integrity by ensuring the quality, completeness, and consistency of all project data within Adaptive Work, making you the go-to source for reliable information.
  • Support strategic account management by monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for business reviews, and proactively participating in client meetings.
  • Drive efficiency by streamlining communication across the account, managing meeting governance, and ensuring all stakeholders have the materials they need to make informed decisions.

Sound Like You? To Apply You Need:

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or PMO role, ideally within corporate real estate, construction, or facilities management.
  • Strong, advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a must-have. You should be completely comfortable building complex formulas, using pivot tables, and manipulating large datasets with ease.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience handling purchase orders, tracking budgets, and verifying financial data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can confidently work with everyone from engineers and IT teams to senior managers.
  • Detail orientation and a passion for data quality—you believe that accurate information is the foundation of successful project delivery.
  • A proactive and independent mindset; you’re skilled at managing your time and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Experience with project management software is a big plus (we use Adaptive Work).
  • The ability to synthesize information and prepare clear, professional presentations and reports for leadership.
