Position Summary:
Pulls, weighs, re-boxes and labels individual pieces of product that are less than full cases for customer orders.

Essential Functions:
Retrieves and organizes labels for product selection.
Locates product and affixes labels in a fast and accurate manner.
Follows company standardized pack specifications along with any customer specified deviations as communicated through special instructions via work orders/cut tickets.
Accurately reads and comprehends all customer specific special instructions.
Performs Quality Control checks and communicates with supervisors and managers regarding any defects.
Operates pallet jack, forklift & cherry picker to select product.
Removes empty pallets and places them in a designated area.
Ensures lots are empty prior to discarding empty boxes in designated areas.
Completes housekeeping activities on a daily basis.
Retrieves damaged boxes and places them in designated areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment requiring constant walking, ascending/descending stairs or pallet jack platform, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Must be able to work independently or within a team environment.
Must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the startup, movement, or approach of equipment ( including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.
Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
Ability to operate powered industrial vehicle (PIV)

Pallet Jack, Forklift & Cherry Picker
Computer & RF scan gun
Shrink wrap/stretch wrap equipment
Box cutter
Internet, email, and other applications
