About the Role

IBM is a strategic growth vendor for TD SYNNEX across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our IBM portfolio, helping partners accelerate their digital transformation through innovative IBM solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery sessions with partners and customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and current environments.

• Recommend and position IBM software solutions aligned with customer needs and desired business outcomes.

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and technical briefings for both technical and business audiences.

• Scope and support proof-of-concept (PoC) and proof-of-value (PoV) activities, defining success criteria and coordinating resources.

• Contribute technical expertise to proposals, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, statements of work, and partner quotations.

• Validate solution fit by assessing integrations, dependencies, sizing requirements, deployment considerations, assumptions, and risks.

• Enable partner success through technical training, knowledge transfer sessions, reusable demonstrations, and sales enablement assets.

• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Solution Architects, IBM specialists, and regional sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IBM software technologies, competing solutions, cloud platforms, and emerging industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in technical pre-sales, systems engineering, consulting, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions; experience with IBM software technologies is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments, APIs, integrations, data platforms, identity management, security, and automation concepts.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical specialists and business stakeholders.

• Confidence delivering workshops, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to gathering requirements and evaluating solution fit.

• Proven ability to collaborate across sales, architecture, vendors, partners, and delivery teams in international environments.

• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are considered an advantage.

• Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
