Employee Experience focuses on robust oversight and effective delivery of Time activities, continuously enhancing the Employee Experience through self-service content to empower and support our workforce.

Specific Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the prioritisation of Employee Experience across the function,

  • Ensuring that our service to employees is delivered to a consistently high standard across our BAU time processes and contact methods

  • Identify, assess, make recommendations, plan and deliver process improvements to simplify BAU and enhance experience for employees, managers and admin

  • Owning, managing and resolving escalation cases

  • Developing and maintaining Process Library containing employee / manager facing materials, and Admin materials

  • Reviewing and enhancing time related business processes in our HR technology systems including MyWorkday, and others where required i.e. Enova in Poland

  • Partnering with other functional leads to develop enhanced service offerings including self-service, response handling standardisation and more

Additional Duties

You’ll also be expected to :

  • Conduct 1st line management of direct reports including 121’s, performance management, coaching and development

  • Manage a group of Stakeholders from other HR functions

  • Support on delivery of overall functional strategy

  • Deputize for the Global Time Management -  Manager when required e.g. covering periods of leave

The Person

Your experience

You’ll be experienced in:

  • Leading and managing multiple initiatives at the same time

  • Creating and maintaining project materials that can be used as best in practice

  • Partnering with other functions to deliver on employee experience improvements

  • HR systems including MyWorkday, and others

  • Operational HR functions and processes

  • Risk mitigation

  • Leading / managing customer centric professionals

Your skills

You’ll be skilled in:

  • Customer Service

  • Stakeholder management

  • Performing as an Individual Contributor and part of a wider team

  • Partnering with others, driving the conversation where required

  • Taking ownership and responsibility for your Service Line and the expected deliverables

  • Confident, effective communication, written and verbal

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to reprioritize workload

  • MS Office applications

  • HR systems including MyWorkday

Minimum Salary:

zł132,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
