Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
Responsibilities
Partner with a dedicated portfolio of SMB businesses to understand their digital marketing needs, provide strategic campaign recommendations, and optimize their advertising to ensure they drive increased market share, achieve revenue targets and deliver consistent y/y growth.
Deeply understand both client and agency business goals, developing and executing strategic Learning Agendas, Media Plans, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive revenue, retention, and market share growth.
Establish advertiser trust by demonstrating curiosity about their business objectives, proactively communicating new product features, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience from discovery through strategy and launch.
Maintain up-to-date agency intelligence by tracking client lists and agency developments, and regularly seek feedback and alignment from agency leadership to continually improve effectiveness and drive better outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience working in sales, marketing and/or account management
Minimum 1 years of experience working in a marketing agency or digital platform
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, pipeline, and track sales activities efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with polished presentation abilities for delivering engaging, persuasive, and data-driven messaging.
Highly effective at negotiation and closing sales, achieving business goals with clarity and professionalism.
Self-motivated seller with a proven track record of proactively identifying, prioritizing, and managing a diverse book of business.
Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment, demonstrating adaptability and strong time-management.
Skilled at navigating complex agency organizations, including their planning and buying cycles, and effectively identifying and influencing key decision-makers to increase market share.
Demonstrated experience partnering with large agencies and their clients, building strong professional relationships.
Strong analytical skills; able to identify, validate, and act on opportunities using both first and third-party sales data and tooling.
Expert knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, current industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Deep understanding of the measurement landscape, independently vetting and utilizing brand and conversion lift methodologies to drive strategic insights.
Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, pipeline, and track sales activities efficiently.
Proficient with collaboration tools such as Office or G-Suite for seamless day-to-day operations.
This is a hybrid role.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
