About the Role

Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners

Roles and Responsibilities:

培训课程的编写  （15%）

根据公司整体发展战略和渠道发展策略，分析、挖掘银保培训需求，设计银保培训课程，编写银保教材、教案。 对培训项目实施状况进行追踪、反馈，及时修正课件，符合业务发展需求。

培训计划的制定及培训课程的组织及安排（40%）

根据银行保险战略规划制定和完善渠道的培训计划和目标。 分解各渠道的年度培训计划。 负责银行及本部业务同仁培训活动的组织与开展，以此促进业务指标的达成，确保培训讲师完成培训记录。

高净值业务活动支持（30%）

为各渠道的客户沙龙等业务推广活动提供支持。 为业务同仁的高净值业务拓展提供支持和督导，提升其与渠道客户经理的合作粘度，包括客户案例研讨、售前演练、合规陪访等。

团队管理（15%）

提升培训讲师团队的综合业务素养。

财务方面KPI：VONB、ANP、VEA、GOE

非财务方面KPI：销售能力提升及培训支持的质量

Communication Requirements

内部沟通：50% - 营销团队SM/BDD/BDM

外部沟通：50% - 银行行长/产品经理/客户经理

最具挑战性的沟通事例：

银行合作伙伴的沟通及业务团队的训练，与银行沟通开发适合银行客户特点的培训课程。

Minimum Job Requirements:

教育背景

• 大学本科以上学历

相关经验

• 8年以上工作经验。
• 5年以上中外资商业银行客户营销工作经验，或5年以上大型寿险公司银保营销工作经验。

相关技能

• 和各银行有稳定的合作关系，熟悉寿险银保各项规章制度，了解行业规则。
• 对高净值业务相关专业领域有深入理解。
• 沟通协调能力强，表达能力、商务演示能力佳。
• 思维灵活性和逻辑性高、具备一定的创新能力。
• 性格大方、具亲和力、抗压力好、积极阳光、富有激情。
• 中英文俱佳。
