Insitro is seeking a Senior Director / VP of Product Management to lead a team of Product Managers that drive the development of our lab and data platforms which enable our drug discovery work at insitro. These platforms are used by our lab biologists, chemists, and therapeutic area leads to orchestrate lab work, visualize and QC data across a growing array of modalities (imaging, RNA sequencing, proteomics, chemistry, etc), ingest and analyze in vivo and clinical datasets (sequencing, MRI, Histopath) from patient cohorts, and ultimately deliver data packages from our screening campaigns to inform our targets and therapeutics.
As Senior Director / VP of Product Management you will work with science and business leadership to define the overarching vision and strategy for our Lab and Computational Platforms. You will also lead and mentor a team of Product Managers that support the various platform products through the life cycle of R&D exploration, chartering, build, validation, operation, and scaling. As part of an early PM organization, you will be defining the work and collaboration norms of the team, such as approaches to collaboration in cross-functional projects, defining team vision, goals, and roadmap.
You will be joining a biotech startup that has long-term stability due to significant funding, providing many opportunities for meaningful impact. You will work closely with a very talented team, learn a broad range of skills, and help shape insitro's culture, strategic direction, and outcomes. Join us, and help make a difference to patients!
