Job Description:

• Post job vacancies on internal and external recruitment platforms. 
• Screen applications, maintain candidate databases, and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, medical examinations, and other recruitment activities.
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview schedules, and onboarding requirements. 
• Administer and score recruitment assessments and conduct background/reference checks.
• Prepare recruitment documents, reports, employee files, and onboarding requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration.
• Must be a Licensed Psychometrician.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
