What will you do?

• Implement product engineering initiatives efficiently, under corporate policies, procedures, and specifications to produce within the parameters of quality and target cost.

• Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on the production line.

• Collaborate with all departments of the plant to find the root cause and solution of problems related to design, quality, suppliers, product, or process.

• Promote Design for Manufacturability philosophy and simplify complex specifications into logical design requirements.

• Prepare, check, and coordinate the release of documentation to support component design and application.

• Participate in design reviews and project communication, representing engineering in cross-functional activities.

What we look for:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in industrial refrigeration.

• Ability to travel 5 to 10%.

• Preferred: Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.

• HVAC or manufacturing experience is a plus.
