We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards team at Mercer Malaysia. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

A team in Rewards within a Human Resource Consulting firm is responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs for clients.
They analyze market data and industry trends to develop competitive salary structures and incentive plans.
The team also provides guidance on employee recognition programs and helps clients ensure their rewards strategies align with their overall business objectives.
We will count on you to:
Prepare and structure client’s presentations/reports including performing data analysis and draw conclusions.
Review and/or develop exhibits based on collected and calculated data comprises of understanding project components and processes.
Applies computer and research skills to understand financial performance, talent management trends, and pay practices and policies.
Oversee the development of methodology by analysts and manage small to medium engagements.
Provides guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.
May manage smaller projects and workstreams of larger client projects while providing guidance to project team analysts and ensure timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.
Deliver high-quality client presentations and communicate recommendations confidently to stakeholders.
Demonstrate ownership, responsiveness and a strong sense of urgency in delivering client work.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Total Rewards
2 – 3 years of consulting experience is highly preferred
Candidates with a combination of in-house Rewards and consulting experience will also be considered
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong proficiency in formulas, data analysis and handling large datasets
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
Exposure to data analytics or visualization tools (Power BI) would be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
Able to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizations
