Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing solutions that span the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and ecosystems to enhance delivery speed and maintain high-quality standards. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression tests. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, configuring data and environments, and actively engaging in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting defects are integral to supporting ongoing improvements in the testing workflow, ensuring robust and reliable software outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and enhance automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them during the testing phases.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test cases for various testing types including regression and security testing.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and their impact on testing.
- Ability to analyze and interpret test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support automated testing frameworks.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams during code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
