Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous learning of emerging technologies are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end system features ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and user experience considerations.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
