ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are searching for a Maintenance Manager for our Europoort plant to lead all production and building related maintenances activities.

ROLE DETAILS:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position would suit a collaborative, communicative person  who can balance leading a team through projects and being hands on. This role will be part of the plant leadership team to strategically oversee the day-to-day running of our flagship site. The typical duties and accountabilities will be:

• Take responsibility and set the right example for a pro-active safety culture, ensuring compliance to H&S policies and protocols.

• Be wholly responsible for the efficient and accurate plant maintenance of Europoort.

• Create and organise maintenance plans in cooperation with plant management to ensure the work is performed in a timely and quality manner.

• Advise Production management of maintenance schedules that may impact operational activities.

• Set goals and KPIs, and analyse the effectiveness of maintenance activities to seek opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor maintenance processes and workflows to ensure the framework is adhered to and there is cross department collaboration.

• Manage and support team members to drive engagement, perform at their best, develop and have departmental plans for optimal staffing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English.

• Relevant education and/or equivalent relevant experience within manufacturing.

• Experience with mechanical and electrical installations.

• Can demonstrate and be confident in communicating with team members and senior stakeholders alike.

• Can demonstrate leading an engaged and successful team.
