Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable software solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce.
- Strong experience in customizing and extending Salesforce B2B Commerce capabilities to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to design and implement complex workflows and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
