Qualified Registered Nurse (RN) will be tasked with providing phone support to patients and healthcare professionals on medical devices used in the healthcare setting. The medical device being represented is a pain pump device.
This Clinical Phone Support Specialist role allows you to utilize your Nursing experience in a way that does not involve patient care. Additionally, you will receive exposure to the medical device industry with the potential for long-term career growth in the field.
Responsibilities:
Provides customers with service and product troubleshooting via telephone and email
Provides documentation of calls in CRM system
Escalates issues requiring further investigation
Performs technical and application support needed
Replies to inbound customer calls in a timely manner
Available during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) preferred
Ability to troubleshoot systems interfaces and network computers preferred
Job Requirements:
Nursing Degree required
Nursing Licenses required
Intermediate computer skills required (must be comfortable with basic software programs)
Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work required schedules

The potential base pay range for this role is 36 per hour.
