Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the lead role of Sales Support in Business Development for our Hong Kong Wealth & Pensions division. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for not only providing support to the sales and business development team but also managing and leading a team of managers and staff within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Acted as a team player of sales support and business development support team to facilitate the channel sales support and project and initiatives for channels
• Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet the designated sales target by meeting data reporting
• Provide the day-to-day operations of the team and channels, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the team and with other departments including broker and agency channel
• Willing to perform client-facing and intermediate facing tasks
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in sales channel support or sales project, with demonstrated strong customer service and channel management skills especially post-EMPA stage
•  Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
•  Knowledge of the HK Pension market and regulatory environment is a plus
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• IIQE Paper 1, 3, 4 is preferred
• Fluency in verbal and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
