工作内容:
- 您将在考虑营销策略、目标人群、收益影响和总体目标的同时,为新提议的项目或乐园或酒店和餐饮产品提供见解和系统实施。可能不定期会有和其他业务线产品和商品类型相关的临时交付任务;
- 您将与多个业务线联系以了解业务需求,并与收益管理与分析项目经理,财务系统和IT团队进行协调,以确保正确配置,测试产品并在系统中进行设置。 协助相关的业务线解决故障问题;
- 您将与收益管理与分析项目经理合作,以支持项目管理任务和其他程序实施,包括但不限于系统产品与库存设置,产品说明书的创建、项目任务的开发和跟踪、产品启动的验证和归档、以及与内部合作伙伴的沟通;
- 您将管理用户对OPERA系统以及第三方连接的授权和访问;负责维持业务和审计准则的合规性 ;
- 您将根据部门指导原则,及时把SharePoint中提交的TSO以及例外要求进行处理,包括维护TSO PLU 和价格追踪表;
- 您将通过参与产品,系统和项目管理增强项目来推动持续的业务改进;
- 您将具有对过去既定的工具和方法论提出质疑并挑战改变现状的能力。
我们希望您:
- 具有在项目管理、酒店、零售运营、财务系统管理、产品开发或收益管理方面的相关经验;
- 具有管理科学、金融、工商管理、酒店管理或相关学科的学士学位,持有PMP认证优先;
- 对细节和准确度有高度追求;

- 能够有效的学习新知识,且能利用新软件和工具追求持续进步的能力;

Job Summary:
You are responsible for providing critical Revenue Management & Analytics Project Management support, focusing on key deliverable tasks related to the introduction and maintenance of commercial products for the Shanghai Disney Resort Park, F&B, and other key lines of business. You will work closely with Revenue Management & Analytics Project Managers, Shanghai Disney Resort Commercial team members, Shanghai Disney Resort IT application teams, and 3rd party vendors to ensure the projects are managed effectively, business requirements are clearly communicated and documented, and that the implementation activities related to Revenue Management & Analytics-owned systems and processes are accurately completed and delivered with high quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will provide insight and system implementation for the newly-proposed project or park, hotel and F&B products while considering the marketing strategy, targeted demographic, revenue implications, and overarching purpose. Additional implementation work may be required on an ad-hoc basis for other lines of business products and offer types;
- You will liaise with multiple lines of business to understand business needs and coordinate with Revenue Management & Analytics Project Managers, Financial Systems and IT teams to ensure products are properly configured, tested, and set up in the system(s). Assist relevant lines of business with troubleshooting problems;
- You will partner with Revenue Management & Analytics Project Managers to support project management tasks and other implementation procedures, including but not limited to product system configuration and inventory management, product Fact Sheet creation, project task development and tracking, product launch validation, and documentation, and internal partner communications;
- You will manage user authorization and access for OPERA system as well as 3rd party connections; responsible for maintaining compliance with business and audit guidelines;
- You will timely process contract and business exception requests following department guidelines for TSO submissions in SharePoint, including maintenance of TSO PLU and price tracking tables;
- You will drive constant business improvement by participating in product, system, and project management enhancement projects;
- You will challenge the status quo by always questioning the past and improve tools and methodologies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in project management, hotel, retail operations, financial systems management, product development, or revenue management;
- Bachelors’ degree in Management Science, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related discipline; a PMP certification is preferred;
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Responsible, passionate and dedicated to their work;
- Proven capability to learn and leverage new software and tools for continuous improvement;
- Proactively taking initiative for issue resolution;
- Strong partnership, interpersonal, and communications skills with the ability to work with people at different levels and functions in the organization;
- Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
- A good team player;
- Natural curiosity and desire to learn (including new tools);
- Work in a fast-paced, challenging environment;
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Direct experience in tourism and hospitality industries such as hotels, airlines, tourist attraction businesses, entertainment is preferred;
- Experience with dedicated computer software preferred (e.g. Galaxy, Opera, CLOTA, Smartsheet, etc.) .
