Medical Affairs Manager

Managerial full-time position

Start date: as soon as possible

Work schedule: Flexible working hours

Profile: Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical, OTC industries, with a focus on the Latin American region.

As a Medical Manager for C&C, Sleep, VMs and Digestive & Wellness Franchise the main objective is to provide expertise and mastery in the mentioned areas. You will lead assigned medical projects and support delivery of business goals by teaming up with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in development and execution of Medical strategy and ensure that associated plans and activities are in line with business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting development of Medical strategy and execution of Medical Master Plan (publications, medical toolboxes, trainings, congresses, Advisory boards and round table discussions).

  • Review and approval of commercial materials and support of Marketing activities.

  • KOL Management- develops KOL network relevant for C&C, VMs and Digestive & Wellness. Connects to associations. Fosters collaborative relationship with KOLs and facilitates the exchange of unbranded scientific information between P&G Health and medical community. Functions as a primary interface between P&G Health and scientific experts.

  • Provides deep and advanced knowledge in the Medical Affairs filed as well as product expertise.

  • Supports New Product developments (NPDs) and clinical strategies both for existing products and NPDs.

  • Owns non-discretionary activities such as life cycle management, Board of health requests, creation of clinical overviews/monographs and Company Core documents, copy approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.

  • Write support letters to answer BoH inquires or for submission needs over initiatives. Medical governance and compliance.

Job Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Medical affairs Manager. Previous work in on products in the franchises' area would be an advantage.

Education: MD, PharmD, MSc Pharm, PhD in natural sciences

Language skills: Proficiency in Spanish and English.
