The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

1. You must be familiar with the workshop contract management and cooperate with the workshop contract management personnel to implement the work.

2. You will learn the production of insulation workshop products and will work on KIT configurator tool.

3. You will assist the project product delivery related work and will do material utilization statistics and research.

4. You will work according to the needs of the department to complete the temporary arrangement of related work.

5. You will learn the contract management concept of insulation workshop and will learn the production lean management concept.

6. You will improve the ability to analyze and solve problems and communication skills.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

8. Living Hitachi energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You hold Bachelor's degree.

2. Other requirement Factory internship experience is preferred.

3. Guarantee at least 5 days of internship per week.

4. Proficient in Word, Excel, Viso, PPT and other office software and should program VBA, PDF Java Script.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, positive working attitude, practical, careful and patient.

6. Good communication skills and teamwork skills.

7. Good English reading ability.
