Technical Lead (C#FlaUI Automation)
Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities
* Responsible for complete product verification & validation cycle involves technical reviews of test artifacts, customer communication and status reporting to various stakeholders, smooth delivery execution within budget & within timeline.
* Review and explore automation of majority of the manual testing
* Responsible for timely identification and mitigation of technical and non-technical risks and help the team to remove impediments
* Evaluate new tools & technologies for optimized performance, cost optimization, Infra-security.
* Design, develop and document specifications throughout the project life cycle.
* Client management through regular review calls & status reporting, project management with CMMi level III guidelines.

● Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Job Description
Hands on experience with C# FlaUI
o Experience in Agile development methodologies
o Hands-on experience in developing automation scripts for Desktop, Web and Mobile Applications
o Knowledge with automation tools such Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD tools,
o Working knowledge of Git, JIRA.
o Working knowledge of defect management tool /CVS
o Need to demonstrate – Quality, Initiative, Quantity, Dependability and Teamwork
Good communication and client management skills
