Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients virtually (or occasionally onsite) to assess their current process and technical environments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering a positive and productive client relationship.
  • Lead and oversee process design initiatives, ensuring seamless translation of requirements to the ServiceNow implementation team.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to gather business and functional requirements, offering best practice guidance on both processes and technical aspects.
  • Analyze business processes, delivering scalable and innovative solutions to enhance operational maturity.
  • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis on process, integrations, and data, while advising on future process/product roadmaps and maturity improvements.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate with clients regarding all aspects of ongoing work.
  • Review and approve business requirements, ensuring they contribute to a comprehensive and effective solution.
  • Collaborate with the Engagement Manager and project team to assess risks, impacts, priorities, and timelines for outstanding tasks.
  • Create process documentation in accordance with DXC best practices and deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Adhere to industry-standard implementation methodologies, following best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Meet all client and DXC deliverables within established timeframes.
  • Proactively communicate project updates, potential timeline risks, and any issues that may affect overall project deliverables.
  • Develop strategies for Service Management implementation and adoption, with a focus on practical organizational change management.
  • Provide advice on options, risks, and impacts regarding business processes and cultural adoption.
  • Support the scoping of new opportunities when requested.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to enterprise standards for all deliverables.
  • Stay up to date on ServiceNow technologies and incorporate new features into workshop material as needed.
  • Assist the Business Analyst in developing client training materials.
  • Conduct client training sessions when included in the engagement package

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $73,100 - $135,700.
