Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within existing and competitive accounts, managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our current and competitive customer accounts and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital outreach methods.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, tracking all activities and opportunities in our CRM system. Use Sales Process knowledge to meet and exceed quota.
  • Sales Process: Guide accounts through sales process. Conduct Product demonstrations as needed to complete the sales cycle.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and presentations to showcase how our solutions can address customer pain points.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market trends. 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools; comfortable with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes in the market and sales strategies.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this position is $54,400 - $92,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
