Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Legal Department in day-to-day activities and administrative routines
• Assist in the drafting, review, and analysis of contracts, powers of attorney, corporate documents, notifications, and other legal documents
• Prepare reports and organize legal documentation
• Support internal legal consultations across different areas of law
• Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings
• Liaise with external law firms and third-party partners
• Conduct legal, legislative, and jurisprudential research
• Assist with other activities related to the Legal Department as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law
• Availability for a full-time internship (6 hours/day, Monday to Friday)
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and effective communication skills
