Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Manage and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development. - Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with database systems such as MySQL or Oracle. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and leadership abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
