- are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
- In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting configuration testing, implementation, and enhancements within Workday.
- Responsibilities: Lead testing of Workday Benefits configurations, including enrollment cycles, life event changes, and open enrollment processes.
- Support testing of compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus cycles, and other reward programs.
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership to validate and support new compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Provide functional expertise to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Workday modules.
- Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS/HCM systems with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Compensation and Benefits. In-depth knowledge
