In this role, you will work in a people-first culture and pursue your passion and potential by driving strategic corporate growth. You will stand side-by-side with our
customers, managing high-stakes direct sales engagements with government ministries, national defense organizations, and public safety agencies. Your mission will be to expand the reach of our technology ecosystem, helping to provide public sector officials and agencies with the vital tools they need to oversee environments, streamline workflows, and ensure robust operational safety. By deeply understanding the unique challenges of public infrastructure, you will connect those in need with those who can help, turning complex engineering into a reliable
lifeline.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
Lead direct sales engagements with government ministries and public safety agencies to drive ecosystem adoption
Develop comprehensive territory strategies in Israel to position Critical Communications and Video Security portfolios
Cultivate long-term executive partnerships with key government decision-makers to help provide continuous operational alignment
Ecosystem Sales Execution
Orchestrate complex procurement processes and respond to high-value public tenders to secure strategic accounts
Collaborate with engineering teams to map customer requirements to our unified Command Center solutions
Manage end-to-end sales pipelines from initial engagement to contract closure to exceed annual revenue targets
Technical Expertise
Critical Communications to design and present complex radio network proposals
Video Security Systems to demonstrate artificial intelligence and analytics capabilities to technical stakeholders
Command Center Software to articulate workflow simplification and situational clarity benefits
Professional Experience
Government Procurement to successfully navigate public tenders and defense compliance frameworks in Israel
Direct Sales Methodology to execute high-value contract negotiations with public sector executives
Relationship Management to build an inclusive network of cross-functional enterprise partners
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience deploying Priority Intelligence or machine learning platforms in an enterprise setting
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a technical field
Fluency in multiple languages to coordinate with global product teams
