Negotiations & Contract Management

Actively participate in cross-functional teams to execute strategies.
- Collaborate closely with business unit and departmental managers to develop comprehensive RFP and non-RFP project plans, providing indirect management of communication plans, timelines and assignments to all stakeholders involved.
- Administer the supplier onboarding process for suppliers, effectively managing action plans as necessary to ensure compliance with client and regulatory policies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships, aiming to continually enhance their value to the company.

- Compile and maintain sourcing and supplier metrics and support preparation of leadership-ready updates.
- Assist with supplier governance activities (documentation, meeting notes, action tracking, issue logs) to improve supplier accountability and performance follow-through.
- Document standard work, templates, and job aids to improve consistency and reduce non-value-added work across the sourcing lifecycle; participate in process improvement efforts as assigned.
