About the Role:

As a core member of the TA team, you’ll provide broad support across full-cycle recruiting while helping optimize the systems, processes, and tools that power our hiring strategy. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, maintain data integrity, and help ensure our recruiting infrastructure scales effectively as we grow.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

What You’ll Do

Optimize & Improve Processes

  • Support the design, documentation, and implementation of TA workflows

  • Contribute to and implement standard operating procedures for scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-up

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and help implement new tools and technologies

  • Participate in evaluating and rolling out third-party solutions

Systems, Data & Reporting

  • Maintain the integrity and organization of TA data and documentation

  • Support development of TA metrics and reporting in partnership with TA leadership and HRIS

  • Serve as a resource for Workday Recruit functionality and TA processes

  • Assist in delivering training on systems and established workflows

Coordination & Operations

  • Provide backup support for phone screens, interviews, webinars, candidate travel, and expense reporting

  • Assist in administering agency and third-party vendor contracts

  • Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint

Collaboration & Brand

  • Partner with Corporate Communications and HR Centers of Excellence on employer branding initiatives

  • Work cross-functionally to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals

  • Provide guidance and support to other TA coordinators

Requirements:

  • Exposure to applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus)

  • Understanding of life sciences or commercial staffing is helpful

Education & Experience

  • BS/BA with 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience
    OR

  • Master’s degree with prior HR or Talent Acquisition background

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $31.20-$41.77. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
