Optimize & Improve Processes
Support the design, documentation, and implementation of TA workflows
Contribute to and implement standard operating procedures for scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-up
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and help implement new tools and technologies
Participate in evaluating and rolling out third-party solutions
Systems, Data & Reporting
Maintain the integrity and organization of TA data and documentation
Support development of TA metrics and reporting in partnership with TA leadership and HRIS
Serve as a resource for Workday Recruit functionality and TA processes
Assist in delivering training on systems and established workflows
Coordination & Operations
Provide backup support for phone screens, interviews, webinars, candidate travel, and expense reporting
Assist in administering agency and third-party vendor contracts
Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint
Collaboration & Brand
Partner with Corporate Communications and HR Centers of Excellence on employer branding initiatives
Work cross-functionally to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals
Provide guidance and support to other TA coordinators

Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Exposure to applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus)
Understanding of life sciences or commercial staffing is helpful
BS/BA with 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience
OR
Master’s degree with prior HR or Talent Acquisition background

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $31.20-$41.77. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.Website: https://neurocrine.com/
